A lovely festive chill out game, play entirely at your own pace and soak up the gorgeous visuals and audio :) A real gem!

What a truly great game! The art direction is superb and the audio design creates such a creepy atmosphere too.
I truly felt like the world was a huge and I was a tiny thing scurrying through the ducts unaware of the purpose of most of what I encountered. What a great journey.
The puzzles are just right on the difficulty curve, and they don't hold your hand either.
It's a little weird that act 1 has 2 choices and 2 achievements and then the rest are just progression locked luckily you can load into the start of any act from the menu.
My only change would be the checkpoints as it can sometimes be a bit brutal!
Still I absolutely loved playing it and cant wait to see what else comes from this team!

I just had to leave a positive review as the negative ones are just annoying me to no end!
Half of them didn't watch a trailer and the other half didn't read the game description!
The combat is meant to be bad, its to make you feel weak and have you choose when to avoid combat!
Also I saw so many posts asking for video options that you just have to scroll down for...
You're not playing Doom, you're diving into a horror painting and seeing how the sausage gets made!
Hope the hard working dev team aren't too discouraged by them, because I can tell how much love was poured into this project!

I was worried that this game would be more of the same and wouldn't give me the same big stupid grin that the first play through gave me.
And I was wrong and right at the same time, Ultra Deluxe IS more of the same but in the BEST way possible.
I still had a big stupid grin on my face and it still made me laugh out loud many times over.
I think almost every ending has a little twist on it and without spoiling anything the game is easily twice as big as the original.
Highly recommend for new and old fans of Stanley alike :)

I've really enjoyed playing through this, all solo so far but I think multiplayer would be even better.

The weapon choices are huge and each one has a unique feel.
There are enough different enemy types not to get bored.
Not a lot of map variations but with some random tile gen it's not too bad.

I played this when it was first released all those years ago, I fell in love with the art style and game play.
Sure the new version has a few changes but at its heart I am still really enjoying playing it.

Cutesy Katamari clone, I played it years back and still dip in from time to time to enjoy the colourful levels and chill tunes

A game that I will always keep coming back to.
Might not be for everyone but I think everyone should at least try it because it just might surprise you :D

I nominated this game for the Suspension of Disbelief award because at its surface it's just a game about burning stuff. And below that surface is a lovingly crafted, polished masterpiece. Love it.
