tfw a game totally dies (30 players at a time) before you get around to playing it even one time.

the game is good, the paid DLC of an early access game is bad. i'd love to come back here and change my review to something positive if and when they decide to stop ripping us off with the DLC, until then it remains a red thumb.

for those who don't know, ARK is a game that still has issues. bugs and glitches, balance issues, undelivered promises, etc. and they were working on those. until two days ago they released a patch where they gave us almost nothing other than a new $20 DLC. meaning that instead of fixing bugs and glitches(and there are plenty), instead of optimizing the game(it runs poorly), instead of balancing PVP(only like 5 dinos are useful in PVP), instead of balancing all the useless dinos(many are just objectively inferior in all situations to others, the diplodocus is literally always useless), they decided to add new content that nobody even gets to see unless you want to pay half the price of the game for it, what the ♥♥♥♥ guys?
