I sometimes sit there and stare at a puzzle for an hour without getting anything. I hear my wall clock ticking quietly in the background, the dog is snoring. I stand up, make myself a tea, sit down again and stare for another hour. Then, BAM! Found it! Click Click Click Click! Phew that was nice. Now I'm stuck again. [Repeat]

It's the perfect game for me.
