I am writing to report an issue I experienced during a match. I was unable to connect to the FACEIT server when the match started. I tried to reconnect multiple times, but the connection failed each time.

My internet connection was stable, and I did not have any issues on my side. Because of this problem, I missed the match, which was not my fault.

I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and let me know if anything can be done regarding this issue.

I am writing on behalf of my friend, who recently received a cooldown because he was unable to connect to the FACEIT server when the match started.

He tried to connect multiple times, but the server connection failed. His internet connection was stable, and there were no issues on his side. Unfortunately, because of this technical problem, he could not join the match and received a cooldown.

I kindly ask you to review this situation and consider removing the cooldown, as it was caused by a server connection issue and not by his fault.
