*SPOILERS*

I feel compelled to write a review...

Got this game on sale and I couldn't be happier. Right from the start, you can't help but notice the graphics, the detail - in the environment and in the characters, and the soundtrack, the fcking soundtrack and audio was amazing! The soundtrack they had fit the game damn good that I shat myself. The voice-acting was also pristine. As the game progresses, you get drawn into the story... the story is so damn good that you can't help but love the characters and get attached :(

I walked into this game blind (I didn't watch any videos or read anything) and I suggest you should too. I didn't know that were would be others characters/allies coming into this game as I thought it was just Rats vs Siblings vs English Soldiers. I also love how you can kill enemies. Some guys just make you panzy out and hide/run, so I thought you wouldn't be able to fight back, but damn, you can kill people with rocks.

A thing that I liked a lot about this game was how it involves stealth! In some cases you have the option of being stealthy or going loud and rocking out with you c*ck out. It's fun that you have the option to choose how to get around in each scenario. The puzzle-solving was also awesome. I never pulled my hair out, but it wasn't super easy. A little detail I also liked was how on some missions, it could be a night setting or day setting. I loved the night missions because then you worry about rats AND soldiers. This game is just awesome, and I can't wait for the sequel coming out.

If my friends read my review: YES, roast me. I am writing a review on a game about rats, but it's damn good, buy it and play it.

WARNING: This review contains spoilers!

I love RPG games and this game is so amazing. Graphics, gameplay, and story is just f*cking great. The game is a little slow at first, but once you sit down and play more of it, you just don't want to stop. Totally immersive and just awesome. I tell all my friends that this game is amazing because it is! However, just like all the reviews have said, there are bugs. These bugs I've encountered aren't anything big for me. The only bugs I would expierence would be the dialogue/chat screen bugs. Sometimes the person I'm talking to is looking the opposite way or he or she isn't even there while the character's voice still comes through. Some people say that their game crashes, but I have not had that problem. (Hopefully I do not.) These are minor bugs that don't ruin the game for me. I only have 12 hours in the game, so maybe my opinion is subject to change. As of right now, I give this game a solid 9/10. 9? Why not 10? Because this game has plenty of room to improve. I'll tell you why. This game is amazing because you get drawn in Henry's story and his journey. You feel for him, well I do at least. So (SPOILER ALERT) (SPOILER ALERT) (SPOILER ALERT) (SPOILER ALERT) after doing the quest "Courtship" with Theresa, I was so f*cking upset with the fact that that was it. Literally that was it. As it says "Courtship" I thought maybe you could marry Theresa, have a house and pop some kids out but no. I shipped Henry and Theresa after what Theresa did for Henry at Skalitz, so once the questline "Courtship" opened up, I knew I was going to make Henry smash the ♥♥♥♥ out of Theresa, but damn. Really? (SPOILER) A romantic questline that leads to a one night stand!?! And after that she acts like a stranger? What a B. But really though, you work up multiple attempts and different scenes to make your way into Theresa's heart, and the player/gamer gets so involved because you're really cheering on your boy Henry to get some poon. Once the questline ended, I thought my game was glitched because I thought, "damn... there has to be more" but after some Google, it turns out that is how it really ended. She's just a regular NPC now. Really wish the Devs on this would have allowed a more thorough and detailed love story for Henry, but our boy is just basically a pimp in the game. That is my biggest disappointment so far, that some stories that are so great don't get finished. Literally a cliff-hanger. Maybe there is more to come in the future. I sure hope so. If the Devs add some updates or even DLCs that allow Henry to have a family and marry some chick, then that would be great. I would fcking buy it. Anyways, great game in general, just wish that they would pay more attention to details in stuff like this. Still buy the game though!!!!
(I'd wait for a sale, cause I got it for $35.)
