This clan is not only the worst in the game, its glitchy and makes the game crash consistently. The last 2 times I've played, 20ish minutes in the game just hard freezes, so at the point I am starting to get strong the game just freezes and I lose the match. PLEASE FIX THE CRASHING.

This clan needs to be fixed/updated. Something as simple as giving them better lore would work wonders to this clan.

Lore Ideas:
- Update 'Heavy Workforce' to give all of the warband +0.5 of whatever resource they collect. EX: Boarskin will give you +0.5 lore, Wolfskin will give +0.5 food, so on.
- Update 'Bloodthirst' to give +1 total warband, this would help SO MUCH early game.

Fame Ideas:
- 200 Fame: ADD +1 free Warband
- 500 Fame: ADD +1 MORE free Warband

I have such a hard time playing this clan. Its just irritatingly weak for too long.

Fun dice game. Very simple but enjoyable game play loop. D7 can be tricky, enemies in the third area can 1 shot you if you do not have enough defense/life. Excited to see the game grow!! - If you want to test it out, there is an earlier version on Itch.io that you can play for free.

Its a good game with an amazing soundtrack and excellent lore.

A bit short, but absolutely hilarious.
The first time I beat it, I was laughing throughout most of the play through.
I will definitely play it again soon.

I wanted to like this game, I really did. But as it currently sits, it feels unrewarding and bland.
You can get stuck in long drawn out battles if you build defensive, so just go full damage.
The game has very little variance, the bosses are always the same, most fights are always the same, even the gear is almost always the same. The art style and music are good, but otherwise I cant recommend it. I've played better games on itch.io recently for free, so its a hard sell for $10.

The whole game is played in an 8x8 grid with different tiles, units and world events, so its easy to get into and play. Its simple enough that you can play a full match in under an hour. It has a simple complexity similar to chess or dominoes that is addicting and very rewarding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a strategy game that plays like a board game.

Overall I think the game is pretty fun. Has a great old school feel. I beat the game a few times with different builds. Its pretty short, but depending on how you build your character it can be pretty hard. Its very hard to recommend this game for $15.

Things I found to be annoying:
- Intelligence being a unique stat required for learning new skill books, but useless otherwise.
- 0 Health/Mana regeneration. (Maybe add this as part of intelligence?)
- Ranged enemy AI. Just obnoxious for melee characters. Like every single goat-men running back and forth.
- The progressive game difficulty is off. Like in the Halls of Pain I would be 1 shotting everything and take virtually no damage, and I go up 1 level to the Upper Halls and now everything is 2-3 shotting me.
- Items are not really balanced well through-out the floors. Some floors have all new item drop pools.
- Some floors are not random at all, they have a pre-determined path that is always the exact same. (Feels like about 50% of the floors, but I might be wrong)

Things I enjoyed:
- Feel/look of the game. They did a very good job with the Diablo 1 nostalgic style.
- Quick start (no character customization or class selection)
- Items are easy to understand, and different enough from each other.
- Golden Goblin statue is an awesome idea.
- Skulls > gold.
- Quick save. This saved me when my power went out.

Some things I'd like to see in future updates:
- Force attack on right click
- Floor level indicator (Next to the floor level name)
- Enemy life bars above heads.
- Easier quest management. (and/or ! above quest givers heads)
- Easier potion management/stackable potions
- Stash (Shared stash would be amazing)
- More replayability (Maybe a New-game+ mode)

TLDR -
Do I like the game: Yes.
Would I recommend the game: Not currently. Balance feels off.

Fun simplified tower defense game. The quests require you to try different tactics and play a couple times, but the levels are well designed and fun!

Peak Torchlight. This game is a very good arpg to introduce someone to the genre. Systems are simple and fun.

Could have been a decent game. But its entirely unfinished....
