Absolute masterpiece.

If you're a fan of metroidvania's this is one that should be at the top of your list. The soundtrack, the gameplay, the story, and the tight controls make this game firmly cemented in the hall of greats for metroidvanias. What are you waiting for? Go buy it!

This game is so close to being an amazing classic.

If you enjoy metroidvanias like Hollow Knight, Ori, etc, buy this game. It's a bit slow rolling at the beginning and you're going to get lost because they don't have a quest tracker feature.. but stick through it and visit the discussion boards or reddit pages if you get lost. Mid-game to late game it really starts to shine. Great story, great gameplay.. it was worth the wait. With a little bit of tweaking I think it will be remembered and touted by fans of the genre for years to come.

This is a great continuation and expansion of the game play and story of Ori and the Blind Forest. Not only is the game play fluid and the story line simple, tasteful and heartfelt.. it's just a beautiful game. I love metroidvania's / platformers like this. I highly recommend this for anyone of any age. A pretty rare gem.

This game is an excellent work of art.

With an excellent storyline and blended gameplay - all the while merging cinema, live action motion capture technology into video games, you have here an all around great experience.

I Really enjoyed this masterpiece and you will too. I only have a few critiques in regards to this game, which I can look past. This is a near perfect game which these days, is pretty damn hard to attain or even get close to.

If you are a WH 40K fan, and enjoy games like Path of Exile and Diablo looters, this is the game you've been waiting for.

Writing a review for a game that is in early access is strange, since you cannot really review it fully. But based on the quality of gameplay, thoroughness of the development team in thinking through play mechanics and adherence to the lore. This is finally the title (outside of Space Marine, Total Warhammer and Vermintide) that you've been waiting for.

I can already tell this game will cost me countless hours online, future dates / events, and in general going outside.

10/10 Just as planned.

A fresh take on a classic. Have that mutliplayer itch from the early 2000s that you just can't quite scratch? Are you waiting for the next Unreal Tournament patiently? How about a Quake release? Haha keep waiting skeleton friend - but this will tide you over until in the mean time.

Why it's great:
-Heavy distortion guitar jamming
-Demons and demon squashing
-A storyline that has potential to be good if you pretend you've never played Halo

Go ahead and grab it, play with your friends in Co-Op mode or kill your friends in multiplayer!

The entire Warhammer and 40K universe is one of the most developed, and involved fantasy lores of our day, many could say it has a more detailed and rich history than Lord of the Rings. The universe has everything from table figures, painting techniques, novels, movies, games and comics, a widely successful franchise that makes you scratch your head in disbelief that some people have never heard of it. This table top strategy game turned from painting models to many genres of gaming style. This is the first shooter/slasher action adventure style game in the Warhammer 40K universe to get some quality backing.

I enjoyed this game, the ridiculous kill moves, chain saws and gratuitous weapons makes this game fun, if for no other reason to see steampunk technology verse cockney speaking orks. The story is good, the controls can be clunky and laggy at times. SP is great, MP can be lacking at times. Play this for the story if you enjoy WH 40k lore. 7.9/10
