this is a must play with your friends, roleplay as youtubers, podcasters, news anchors, anything. theres lots of enemies, a couple maps, and workshop content. this game isnt being updated anymore but it holds up really well. good for a few hours

easy anti-cheat doesnt launch or work with apex so it kicks me from lobby. ive tried reinstalling and looked up every method to fix. no error code, no contact for easy anticheat (ive looked at the support page, its very outdated)

as a vr player, i highly recommend the forest. while the controls arent explained to you, you can easily look up a video to help, and i love the fact that vr can play along with normal players. vr is perfectly optimized to prevent motion sickness, but the only downside is that i have trouble loading into my friends world (i'm using a quest 2 with a link cable). regardless, if you have a buddy to play this with i would 100% pick it up

soulless and littered with microtransactions, but if you can ignore that, the physics are the best part. im expecting more in the future out of early access but for a free game its solid

amid the publishers politics, here is a legit review.
not gonna lie, it was really cool getting into it, but thinking about it later, this is a terrible vr port for its price. no jumping, little detail went into the vr aspects (the left hand has frozen in time), no co-op does not justify its full price tag whatsoever. i highly recommend grabbing a cheap key offsite, otherwise buy contractors.

a return to form from the first game, but with QOL improvements, item upgrades, and POI locations from DL2. great optimization for 1660 super. feels like a TRUE dying light 2. nothing to complain about, great job techland!

if you are having issues with borderlands, try these tricks:
what ive seen that helps fps memory leak is to go into properties > launch option and type in "-dx11"
if you are having problems launching in general, skip the launcher and go into local game files and create a shortcut of the actual game.

otherwise, grab at a sale! im having a lot of fun personally.
