As a virgin Far Cry player I'd say the first hour of game play didn't disappoint, exploring Dutch's Island was genuinely a thrill that was made better by the insane graphics. Moreover, the game play itself was quite smooth, the killing, etc.

However, the sound tracks sounded pretty mundane thus far, the only sound track that had an impact was the song Joseph sang at the start of the game. Also, the inventory UI seemed pretty confusing to me and I had no idea how to work my way around using the inventory UI, but of course I'm not very smart so there's that...

Overall I'd say the game is awesome for a new player entering the Far Cry franchise, but maybe more can be done to guide players through(?) or maybe I just haven't reached there yet considering I'm only at 1.2 hour x)

Fun online game that requires you to use your brain. While I have only played 4 hours, I'd say this is one of the most versatile games out there because of the huge amount of available playable classes that changes the way the game is played slightly.
