Hey there, been trying to track down a working copy of that FC4 Black Bar fix and saw your post. While the filedropper link itself is still up, actually downloading it results in an empty, 0-byte file. Tried multiple browsers, disabling ad-blockers, had a friend try to download it but it's always an empty file with just the filename. The Google Drive link got taken down for some supposed violation or whatnot. If you could spare a moment to re-host it, I would appreciate it.
