Great game that has hours of fun with friends.

I really wanted to like this game. I've given it several tries over the years. It just isn't fun. You have to travel outrageous distances in the cold with limited warmth and you move very slowly. They might as well take out sprinting, bc you get one burst and that's it. It's just a walking simulator with collecting where you just die randomly on your way to your first or second location. One mistake and your done for. No compass rose, nothing. No thanks.

Great game, tons of content for single, coop, and multiplayer. Some inconsistencies with coop mission progress, but not frequent. Biggest problem is matchmaking when you first start out. You will be matched against high leveled players with much better equipment. Make sure you play a fair amount of the story or explore the planets for a while.

This game has been in early access for like 7 years and I've decided to revisit the game since the first year of playing it. Since I began playing years ago, the AI has gotten significantly worse. The enemies are constantly bugged. The log carts made of twigs are indestructable, constantly flip over, and mark a flag token permanently in your view. There's a multitude of ridiculous problems that shouldn't exist after all this time, but hey, at least they made the water look nice.

Fun game, cool concept, good puzzles. Worth checking out.

impossible to survive after more recent updates. dice roll, dice roll, people healing fatigue and depression at 4% a turn when you have two turns per day and need them to get the one resource you need to not have everyone die. frustrating.

As of 10/2018, so far so good. Obviously the game is early access, and very early at that. Anyone hating on it failed to read the statement from devs saying there will be major patches every few months. I've only had it a few days since it went up in the store and there have been 3 updates. Some are being way too harsh, way too soon. The game is completely playable right now, just rough around the edges which is to be expected. For fans of The Pit, it is essentially the same rules just a real-time FPS roguelike. Can't wait to see the improvements in the future, seeing as how the original The Pit ended up with so much content over the years with endless replayability. For those that didn't read, the price is going to go up over time as more content is added, and at $10 it's a total steal.

Kerberos prematurely released this game from early access loaded with bugs, then proceeded to come out with a paid dlc while they are 1.5 years late on fulfilling a fully funded Kickstarter project for The Pit boardgame, which probably funded this game instead.
I am severely disappointed in this company. I expected so much more from them, and it appears they have gone from releasing great content to being greedy and not caring about their customers or obligations to them. Maybe they're having money problems, but you can't lie to your customers like this. I'll try this game again later, but they've lost my respect and future backing on any projects. They let me down twice. Not gonna happen a third time.

runs blaringly loud ads every few seconds. no way to stop it except closing the game. easy fix.

Great game if it works. Unfortunately stopped working for me. Cannot see the full screen window, half the time the process shows up, other half it doesn't. Alt+tab half time see the window, other half not. Cannot access to bring up window, but I hear all the menu screen music. Didn't have a problem first 4 or so times i played. All files validated and steam restarted multiple times.

I've played many platformers in my day and this is one of the worst. Jump timing is awful, web shooting for swinging makes no sense and never fires off when you went, and in particular on the 4th training level does not even work and is required to progress. stupid.
