Absolutely one of my favorite VR games to play.
In fact, I bought NMS just to experience it in VR.
Pure genius. This game is astonishing.

Holy cow! What can I say about Skyrim VR?
Skyrim has always been one of my absolute favorite games. Experiencing that in VR is mindblowing.
If you enjoy Skyrim and you love VR....you will fall in love with Skyrim all over again playing this VR version.

Even $5 is too much for this horrible port(?)...was this written as a VR game or is it a port???
Runs like crap, nothing interesting to do....its like the character creation/tutorial for an awesome game that you're not able to play.
And what's with that annoying/disruptive message about needing to have a controller connected. Once you connect an XBOX 360 controller to shut up that stupid message, then you can't even USE it!
What's the point? It leads me to believe this is either a port or just a plain FAILED tech demo that someone thought VR idiots like us would pay $ for.
A TEASER. That's all this is.
Seriously disappointed.
I'm not even sure you can call this a game.

Early Access Review
I haven't played this for very long, but I really like it. The gameplay is very simplistic and straightforward, which makes it easy to jump right in and start playing.
I know it's brand new but a couple things could make this a way better game:
1 - Something more to do if you can't find anyone to play with.
Since this is basically a multiplayer game and since it's new and not well known yet, it's sometimes difficult to find anyone to play with. In times like that, it would be nice to have options for playing alone, with bots. I know you can do that.....but that portion of the game is minimal and it would be great if that could be expanded on.
2 - We need to get more people playing this game.
If you haven't tried it yet, do. Give it a shot. It's really a blast to play, especially when you have two teams loaded with live players. It can get rather crazy....but crazy fun!
Big thumbs up on this new game.
I'm very interested in seeing how it progresses.
Here's some gameplay footage:

I have to admit a couple things up front.
1) I've never watched a complete episode of Rick and Morty. It looks really funny. My kids love it and I catch parts of it now and then, but I've never really gotten into the show. So I know next to nothing about Rick and Morty.
2) I've only played the game for just under an hour.

OK - Now that THAT's out of the way....

Holy crap! This is an amaaazing game! It's so funny and enjoyable it blew me away. At first I was taken back by the lack of being able to move around but then I caught onto the unique locomotion in the game.
The puzzle solving isn't terribly difficult so that's good.
The environment is magical...it's like you're actually IN the cartoon...so well done.
I really look forward to getting further into this game but MAN....even with just under an hour into it, I'M IN LOVE with it.

Now, my only problem is....do I let my kids play. The Oculus Rift S is mine and they know not to touch it. But hmmmm....they love Rick and Morty....so maybe I'll let them play....for a while.

Seriously, if you love Rick and Morty, you'll really love this game.
It's done really really well.

I'm a huge fan of the show and really wanted to get this, but at $30 and from what I had heard only 2-3 hours of game-play, I passed on this....
...until it went on sale for $9.89 and then I decided to pick it up.
Very nice surprise.
I loved this game and it was well worth the price.
I'd definitely recommend it at a $10 or less price point.

Pros:
* Graphics are amazing. Simply beautiful.
* Atmospheric. Really makes you feel like you're immersed in the Westworld universe.
* Puzzles are not too difficult.
* I had heard it was very short (2-3 hours?) but it actually took me 5.6 hours and I still felt like I could go back and play it again to catch some things I missed. So I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't just 2-3 hours long.
* Has all of the right options for VR: Dominant hand, grab mode, locomotion, turning, etc. In general, I think VR was done well.
* Using your tablet to scan for clues (and that asshat killer who won't leave you alone) is pretty cool. The implementation of "tech" in general is done well.

Cons:
* "Hide and seek" game-play where you're hunted by a killer gets old quickly. Scary and a pain in the ass. Yes, it adds tension so if you enjoy that, I guess this isn't a negative, but I personally don't enjoy that type of the game-play.
* Screw up, die, try it again, die again, rinse, repeat is frustrating at first. After a while, it makes sense. You're a host who dies over and over again so that game-play approach is technically true to the story....but there are times when I just didn't know what I was supposed to do and it took dying 2, 3, sometimes 4 times to realize it. (Especially when avoiding soldiers, which was always a pain.)
* Achievements don't seem to be working. I know I've gotten a ton of achievements because I got notices when I played, but none of them show up on my profile. I'm not sure if they never took or just aren't being displayed so I'm not sure if this is an issue with the game or with Steam...but I understand others have had issues with Achievements as well. If you're really into Achievements, this might be an issue for you.

All in all I wanted to play more. Yeah, it says the game was too short. But it also says it was good enough to leave me wanting more. I'd definitely love to see some more content (DLC, additional stories, etc)....or even better, another Westworld game altogether. That would be awesome!

Perfect timing to get excited for the next season of the show!

Seems OK - I got through the tutorial.
Just nothing there past that, after going up against the crash test dummy robot guys.
Is anyone playing this?
It might be OK if there was someone else to play with.
Has potential.

VERY INTENSE.
I've never had nausea or motion sickness of any kind using VR...I'm not sure why, but VR has just never done that for me.
I hear people complain about it all of the time and I kind of wish I had that issue so I could understand where they're coming from, but nope...I play Aircar and other "intense" VR games without any effect at all on me.

Until this game.

Damn...the ride where you're sitting in the suspended chairs spinning around way way up in the sky was frakin' INTENSE!
I loved it! :)
It didn't make me sick, but I could literally feel my brain struggling in pain with "What's reality?" vs."What's VR?".
It was a very intense and immersive experience.

*** BEWARE ***
This is an intense immersive VR experience. If you're sensative to motion sickness and don't want that kind of experience...it's pretty simple: DON'T play this game.
Don't be a d*** and whine about "oooh, it made me nauseous". No sh** Sherlock. That's the point! That's exactly what I wanted and that's exactly what I got.
It's definitely short and I wish there were more rides, but for FREE....it's basically the only VR game/experience I've found that messes with my head....and I really appreciate that. :)
Thanks devs!

I'm lucky in that the VR experience doesn't ever cause me motion sickness in any way. Not sure why...it just never has.
So doing 360 degree rotations in 3D space and flying this aircar like a bat out of hell is an incredible experience for me personally.
I truly enjoy the "intense" VR experience.

*** BEWARE ***
If you get motion sickness or would rather not have that sensation of actually being in a totally immersive 360 degree rotating 3D space VR experience, this isn't for you. So don't try it and please don't review it negatively because of that.
This IS an "intense" VR experience.
So just know that going in.

If you can handle that kind of intense experience, this is simply amazing and you need to check this out.
The graphics are stunning and the flying is very easy to get used to. The devs did a great job of making the flight instrumentation simple and intuitive. (I use standard Oculus Rift S controllers, so I'm not sure what using other controllers is like.)

For a FREE game, this is an absolute MUST HAVE for a VR experience.
It's not really a "game"...it's an "experience".
And it's an experience I really enjoy having over and over again. :)
