It's Don't Starve, but with friends. Solid for 8+ hours.

The Walking Dead is an homage to classic Adventure games where your decisions affects the outcome. I would categorize this game as an Interactive Story, and feels very similar to the Playstation game "Heavy Rain". You'll get attached to the characters, story, and relationships in the game.

There really isn't any skill-based combat or anything of the sort, although there are times where you're thrusted into clobbering zombies with things and other times where you need to aim a gun. It adds to the immersion aspect of the game, but it clearly, the developers were more into the storytelling aspect of the game.

Highlights:
Great Story
Death is forgiving and isn't frustrating.
Choices affect outcomes.
