Hey, just wanted to know which value you set for your CafeRate related to your serverbrowser issues on steam, because I have the exact same problem... I don't think that it's the network adapter's fault by the way, because I had three different ISPs in total, but the one I'm using right now might have caused and is still causing the issue.
