Honestly, I’m on the fence about this game. On one hand, I had my fun with it; on the other, it feels like the game was sabotaged by someone who bought into the ‘Soulslike are hard’ meme.
Even the story and setting— which start off very strong (mechanical robots, Pinocchio-inspired fantasy, etc.)— devolve into clichéd JRPG drivel about alchemists and human evolution (how daring).
It feels like they tried to copy Sekiro and Bloodborne, but completely misunderstood the assignment. The game could’ve been great, but instead, it’s just fine. I’m giving it a positive review, but it really should be a mixed one.

Enjoyed the game, but ending and final twist are lame.

Paid game with microtransactions made by chimps with retardation. Abysmal performance and gameplay that makes you really appreciate L4D. These people took an established formula and made it worse, bravo!
