wow. I came to play it specifically because I heard it had a moving story. It was. The blinking mechanic is definitely worth every moment of plugging in the webcam.

A good, if not too long awaited, sequel to the original! Worth playing for sure!

So far I am enjoying my time in Night City. There are a few issues though, there is a lack of customization options (no barber or tattoo shops for starters), the AI (especially the police) don't feel particularly "alive", and it feels like features are missing. Personally I have had maybe 2 major bugs, and a few texture clipping issues, hardly game breaking.

That being said the story is interesting, the combat is exciting, the world is beautiful, the level design is both natural and engaging, and I want to keep playing.

I give it a 7/10 for now, and with updates and content additions coming in January, there is a 9/10 buried in here.

Truly a masterpiece, of both gaming and storytelling
