If you plan to play Halo 3 Multiplayer... Dont its dead and you wont have fun

Nice software package to get started in the 3D world. Later I would recomend to swich to Houdini or 3Ds MAX. Some features are making me come back to Blender like the very good viewport , Cycles, The simple material node editor and UV editor. all in all a very good useful free programm.
