Distraint 2 is an unsettling yet touching game. It merges psychological horror with a sentimental plot surrounding guilt, forgiveness, and redemption. The audio channels sometimes feature dark, dismal tones, but together, they create an effective ambiance for the extraordinarily crafted storyline, it reveals a reality in which people can always see the light at the end of the tunnel. 10/10
