This game has been a joy to play. Plenty of different environments to challenge my survival skills whether I want to build a functional base or just survive the local inhabitants. Game has some sneaky monsters that seem to creep up on you from nowhere (deathsquitos and wraiths I am looking at you!).
At the time of this review the game is still in development so there are content changes and tweaks that regularly happen. Playing this game with friends is fun and seems to add good challenge. The dedicated server that I play on is at day 2,095 and there is plenty to do. Seems to be plenty of mods available for this game but don't really use them or need to. All in all very happy with the purchase and expect to continue to get many more hours out of this game.

This game used to be good. It is sadly plagued by piss-poor server performance hence why all events are hosted over LAN/local server. I would love to see them host one of these high dollar prize events over the common internet servers. Even with a sub 60ms ping what you see on your screen isn't at all what was registered on the server. There are some decent folk that play competitive (hats off to the non-cheating brave souls) but seems to be more and more cheaters making their way in there due to lack of cheat enforcement from the devs. Cheating can only thrive under lackluster enforcement. Think the devs have laughed all the way to the bank on this one. Still representing with the clan till we agree on another game to migrate to.
