*LOSES PUZZLE SENSE AND LOGICAL SATISFACTION WHICH LEADS TO A DREARY AND FRUSTRATING MID TO END-GAME*

Early levels played out fun and intuitive, but the challenges take a nosedive in terms of readability and just stop making a lot of sense.

The game's core mechanic relies on symbols and relaying those symbols to your partner in-order to input into a lock or pattern of some sort, and heavily reuses that the entire way through which, for the first few levels will seem fresh as you get accustomed to them but the repetitiveness really ran us down and felt like a chore entering the mid-game.

Our BIGGEST gripe with the game was that the last couple of levels seem to be coded to just give you a frustrating time as the solutions LOSE (most) LOGICAL SENSE, with even the hints not offering a sufficient pay-off after being revealed, because they seemed so far fetched to be even considered as means to solve those puzzles. There is a lot of poor and downright MISSING context to some of the puzzles that caused us to toil over details that SEEMINGLY were important but were not; OR details that WERE important that DIDN'T look the part!

To be fair, the developers made a polished game in terms of the game aesthetic, but due to the poor implementation of mechanics and missing/poor readability of puzzle contexts led us to start loathing our time spent getting through the levels.

Overall: 4/10
- Good digestible art style
- Okay introductions to core mechanics
- Puzzle contexts get OUT OF HAND real quick

Picked up with a -40% off but I think you should only buy it for even less than that, and if you're comfortable wracking your brain around some puzzles that don't connect
