One of my favorite Final Fantasy games remade. The remake is more cleanup of things that were slow and improving the story and translation. Other than that it's essentially the PS1 release. It would have been nice to have some of the War of the Lions PSP things like Dark Knight class, but still great

This is old, if you don't own it by now you probably can get the entire game for cheap as dirt. It's okay. It's a Civ game, but the glitches, lack of detail updates, and nonsense that have not been fixed with subsequent patches and add-ons is embarrassing. Like every Civ game before it you have a bunch of great civilizations, and you have some garbage civilizations and you have to pay for both to catch them all. They eliminate key features only to sell them to you in later "expansions" that you'd think would be a part of the base game. It's addictive like any other Civ game, but it's hardly an improvement on Civ 5

Dumb stuff
Eurekas that don't work as advertised with recent updates because they added new units but didn't edit a text file such as Replaceable Parts needing Linemen, not musketmen.
Wind mills and solar panels producing more energy than a nuclear power plant
If you have auto-advance on it will skip past your turn even if you have government updates you're trying to change up

Good stuff
Pretty game
Still fun

Classic FF1 with a few updates from previous iterations of FF1 that make it friendlier (more items, no attacking perished monsters, etc.) plus an amazing soundtrack update

This game is a great game, but it is swarmed with hackers to this day. I stopped playing when there was still just one map because of severe hacking issues, and after coming back to it I was shocked that it's still prevalent in the game.

Another great game from Supergiant Games. They took elements of Transistor and Bastion and built on them to make a really fun game.

What did I just buy? I lost interest in the opening mission. The poorly drawn, horribly written dialogue made me want to stop. The controls are clunky, and the game is just dumb. Maybe it gets better, but I'm not suffering through this to find out

So this itteration started off pretty rocky. I pre-purchased it like most Civilization games, because it's been a really great franchise up until 5 in my opinion. Even Beyond Earth was okay when I started playing it. It wasn't anything too crazy different or new. It was essentially Civ with Aliens instead of barbarians. No big deal. Finally there was a modern version with at the very least cosmetic fun things. The Wonders weren't stupid overpowered, both good and bad, and

This latest expansion has destroyed the game. I can't even have it on easy and get past a few turns without aliens running amock and pillaging all of my improvements and killing my workers. This wasn't a big deal pre-expansion, because you could build a fence that made aliens stay 2-3 spaces outside of the the city it was built in. Now, it just "discourages" the aliens depending on how mad they are at your civilization. It's a little misleading though, because you don't even HAVE TO ATTACK THE ALIENS FOR THEM TO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FENCE OR SOVERIEGNTY AND START PILLAGING ♥♥♥♥! This game is ♥♥♥♥. Civilization and Sid Meier need to stop. Just quit. Let some indie gamer come in and start making a franchise that isn't complete garbage. Even on Steam super sale this game isn't worth it
