new map is kinda aids, and they went out of their way to add the most annoying enemies possible from the base game, but all is forgiven for artorias

this game is crazy cool, lowk must play for anyone into wuxia

instantly bought this one on launch, and def feel like it was worth it - really really cool boss battles! this dlc took me about 6.5 hours to beat on nightmare mode, with the final boss definitely taking up a big chunk of that time. super creative fights though, i really loved the entire arcade section in particular a lot!

played this on my ds 15 years ago, revisiting this has been really nice - still holds up really well today, with tons of levels to go through

man this is such an incredible game, the definition of a hidden gem. haven't played anything like it in terms of gameplay, and it isn't overly hard even on nightmare mode. some of the challenges felt pretty insurmountable at first in the latter half of the game, but i was able to get the hang of the patterns after a couple attempts. my only complaint was that i kind of wish the general overworld movement was more isometric rather than strictly top down as it was difficult at times to distinguish places, but the boss fights more than made up for it. highly recommend - this game is criminally underrated (at least from what i've seen on the english speaking part of the internet), so really hope more people pick this up with the new dlc!
