Hello, I noticed you were using the Valkyrie mod in Xcom 2, and like me, you had some balance issues.
I also have the same balance issues, you've said that you patched it by doing:
HEALING_STREAM_COOLDOWN=1 in XComGameData_MercyClassMod.ini
I also did the same, but it seems to have no effect. You've said you "override it" to make it work. Care to explain how you did that?
Your help would be much appreciated.
