Backpack battles, but the items have health bars. This would be an amazing game with more polish, but all it ends up amounting to is as a shallow clone with very little build variance.

This game manages to keep a brilliant balance between realism and arcade fun.
Every shot counts and there is a feeling of satisfaction every time you land a shot, the game is based on source engine so movement is also smooth and feels great.

The only cons I can think of is that there are a few bugs and devs don't always balance/fix stuff in the most logical way.
