I got enticed to buy the game thanks to its trippy visuals and interesting art style and it certainly does not disappoint in that aspect. Unfortunately, I wish the gameplay was as attractive as the game's visuals.

I understand that the game is a movement platformer and there is a bit of a learning curve, but with how the game is designed at the moment does not feel rewarding to push past that learning curve. Your character moves way too fast for the obstacles that the game wants you to overcome and it punishes failure greatly with a lack of checkpoints.

Speaking of its systems also, I feel the game should definitely do a better job at explaining its core mechanics. The game has no tutorial, no clear goal, and no explanation of any of your abilities. I had to literally scroll down this page to find out the game had a wall run (R2 on a wall, then hold R1) and a ground pound (L2 while bouncing on the pogo stick) mechanics.

At its current state it's also missing several key customization options, such graphics quality and mappable buttons. I'm not gonna hold it against it right now since this was played on launch day but do keep it in mind.

I wish I could recommend this game right now, but I would strongly suggest to wait a few more months for the dev to iron out the kinks and make the game a more complete experience.

If you have a tolerance for cheap zoomer humor, then this is one of the best time sinks you can get yourself. Calcium best boy.

Undefeatable is peak I'm afraid.
