Hey there friend. If you're like me, you can't focus on anything for longer than 60 seconds. Well, do I have the game for you!

This game is perfect. I can't imagine not liking it, I only wish there was more of it. It made me smile so hard my face hurt. I was grateful to have put aside what I do or don't like in a game, and just enjoyed what was there.

This game is just pure fun. It's incredible that Richard Ridings is back as the narrator. If you played either of the original Dungeon Keeper games, you will recognize his voice! Most of my playtime is in My Pet Dungeon - it's relaxing but challenging, and not too over-complicated, with an emphasis on exploration. The main campaign is more stressful, but I felt the same way about DKII. It requires more time management and efficiency. Plenty to love here either way - I've racked up over 40 hours on My Pet Dungeon alone.

Worth every penny and then some. Lots of pretty simple fun, with a lot to do; there are plenty of characters and items to unlock, and hundreds of achievements. I don't think I've ever heard a more satisfying sound than dozens of skeletons crumbling to dust. If you want a lot of instant gratification right now, and for the next 50-100 hours, pick this one up. If you're a fan of survivors-likes (or bullet heavens, or even just twin-stick shooters), or a fan of Diablo, you're going to find a lot to love here.

I was ready to love this game, but I can't. I love clickers, but this one is JUST clicking - there are no extra features or screens to unlock. Upgrades are shallow and unnecessary - I beat the game on my 3rd run with about 1/3 of the upgrades bought. It was fun for an hour or so, but it doesn't have the depth of a game like Idle Skilling or Cookie Clicker. I hope more content gets added. Thank you to the devs for creating and sharing this game :)

This is FREE?? All my favorite things about incremental games, with so much less garbage. I love the graphical representation of what the numbers are doing; It's nice to have something to sit back and watch for a minute. No complaints yet.

It's so much fun until it isn't, and it very abruptly isn't. I was gushing at my partner about Horizon Chase Turbo, how much it was like racers in the 90s, the lovely graphics, the cool cars, all the "adventure" mode races... and it starts in California, where we live! Then I got about 2/3 through the 2nd country and the fun stopped. The AI is faster than you, pretty much just whenever it wants to be. It will NEVER rear-end you, but you will rear-end the AI all the time, and you will have to reset. That's how hard it is to get 1st - you have to be perfect, especially if you want the best reward. The crash animation will infuriate you just like it did when it happened in Outrun. It's a quarter eater in a game you already paid for. I wish I could recommend this, because I love the vision so much, but it's more frustrating than fun.

IDK what the deal is with the negative reviews. I'd kill for a chance to play it for the first time again!

English localization is stilted. First aid instructions are worded poorly and hard to understand in some places. You can't disable potentially triggering crimes ("a woman is being sexually assaulted !" is going to make this game unplayable for some folks). It's otherwise incredibly cool, and I loved being able to "rescue" people in my town. If those objections aren't a problem for you, definitely get it.

The TLDR:
This is less a game than a hobby. I know the trailer looks incredible - and the game does too - but the customization end of this can be difficult, frustrating, and in the case of broken features, impossible. There are tools to assist (Arcade Manager), and content packs on the internet, but it's not simple. Get this if you want to play arcade games or hang out in an arcade with your friends. Don't count on any of the other features being fun or functional, but you might enjoy them for their verisimilitude. Best for folks in their 30s and older, who have fond but hazy memories of going to arcades, or teen to adult for tinkerers and synthwave fans.

The good:
Basically the ideal arcade. Any game you want, no quarters needed. Movie screen. Fun toys. Minigames like Bowling and skee-ball. It's multiplayer*, so you can play air hockey and jam on instruments with your friends. Works great with a controller right out of the box. Had no problem running it on a 6-year-old video card. You can play MP3s as tapes - I download mixes from the internet so there's more than one song on a tape.

The bad:
The place is really trashy and isn't comfortable to be in imo. There's cigarette butts and empty beer cans and bottles everywhere. Cassettes are littered around the whole game. There's an unmovable pizza box and a box of trash on the couch.
It's really, really, really synthwave. Now I LOVE synthwave. But there are only so many neon chrome triangles I can handle before things feel fake and the nostalgia is artificial.

The ugly:
The ability to stream music and videos is almost totally broken. Even in its default state, this game can't play 90% of the tapes it comes with. It's just not even worth the setup, just use files on your hard drive or stream something in another window.
*The multiplayer functionality stops at actually playing arcade games with your friends. You can't do it.
Good luck finding documentation! There's not really a community for this game, the discord and subreddit are dead, so if you run into problems, you will likely have to solve them on your own.
