I would like to play this game and I think I'd really enjoy the truly open world aspect of it, I even like how the combat feels, but I can't even get past the beginning tutorial level because of how bad it looks. The shadows are constantly flickering and there's an overall blurriness to everything, despite of it being too sharp (how does that make sense? i have no clue). I've spent more time looking for a fix or some optimization guide than actually progressing through the game.

Hopefully the devs will fix this or I have to accept that i just wasted some cash on this game. It is what it is.

I'm disappointed after all the hype and comparing it's optimization to RDR2 and the like is just not true. At the moment I cannot recommend.

i've tried to get into this game for about 9 hours. i kept starting a new game, would do a few quests but nothing would make me want to continue. and then a few months would pass and i would try it again.

>>>fast forward to the 9th hour. i'm in a medium sized dungeon, with a bunch of new recruits, who, for about the last 8 rooms, because of my poor choices, were below 50% health with no healers. i tried every tactic and used every item to keep them alive. and in the last room, we have the fight of our lives. 3 of them take their last breath, where one stood, dodging hits, blocking, bellowing, and finally landing that last blow with a crit hit. and we get out with all the loot and a finished quest. now i understand the charm of this game – it's in the grit, the grind and the enduring of losses.

i recommend. will continue to play it.

best multiplayer pvpve gameplay experience i've had.

bought the game because i like milsims and the concept sounds awesome. but it runs like crap making it unplayable for me. and i can't get a refund. regret.

a "realistic" mil-sim stealth game where bodies disappear when you look away for a second.. if they decide to fix that, i will recommend the game. Otherwise it just kills immersion making me only focus on the games repetitive mechanics.

Gunplay feels good. But the installation process and game client is absolute doggo.

I DID NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME ON MY FIRST REVIEW:

- it's an early access game that's being charged full+ price by a AAA company.
- the game has no balance between vehicles and infantry
- some of the map design is imbalanced - specifically in breakthrough (rush type gameplay)
- things glitch, your character doesn't feel heavy, no scoreboard, end of match stats are the dumbest things ever (it makes people that suck at the game feel like they're doing something useful! amazin!)
- my turd has more personality than the specialists

THAT BEING SAID - I am still having fun with it (played 15 hours in 2 days). I don't mind the open-ness of the maps because i love sniping. you do get rekt by vehicles in the open a lot - hope they find a way to balance that. but i keep coming back to it because there are certain elements in the game that they got right.

I'm writing this review so people know what they're getting into - you get an unfinished game that's lacking a lot of content for the price of a FULL GAME made by a LARGE COMPANY. There is fun to be had for sure because it's a casual game still, but be weary when you buy - make sure the money you are about to spend is ready to go down the drain because this game is more volatile than BitCoin.

Game is cheap as f right now, 5 bucks on sale. I've been playing it quite a bit lately, mostly the 64 people servers. And I've been having a lot of fun with it. I would recommend it now. Just not for 60 bucks.

very clunky and badly optimized. wouldn't recommend purchasing as it is now - specially for the current asking price.

guess i drive trucks now..
