Laggy dogtrash. The devs actually don't care about the community and completely ruined the game. ONLY time this game was good was during early beta. After they made a new "net code" they ruined everything by creating almost 1 second input delay.

If you have a 4000 series card, you NEED to download the Frame Generation enabler mod by PureDark.

Literally negates most of the frame loss from the CPU bottleneck.

+40-50 FPS outdoors
+20-30 FPS in condensed towns

This game is really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good. The rock-paper-scissor style classes and high skill cap for timing and animation distance control is on point. This game is drastically different from any game that has come out in recent time. Last game to release with similar combat mechanics was For Honor in 2016.

Everyone complaining about ping issues either didn't turn on the setting to narrow searches to closest server OR are regions that are unsupported by the server locations.

Everyone complaining about zero skill/zerging have no understanding of how to use class abilities and distance to handle zergs or fight others in 1v2+.

UNFORTUNATELY, the initial tutorial doesn't do any job at explaining the mechanics effectively outside of the hyper base stuff. You learn the majority of game mechanics and class mechanics in the Advanced Training section, which unlocks after like 5-7 games. Kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid.

They just need to revamp the tutorial experience to give players the ability to go right into advanced training out the gate, with an emphasize on NEEDING to do it in order to not get rolled hard in game.

Completely unplayable. Do not purchase until servers are fixed.

Potential wait-time 20 days until problem is solved.

Core gameplay is good & fun. Aside from weapon imbalances and player collision being broken, it's a fun game to play.

The primary issue with this game is it's take on micro-transactions. The current setup, which they attempted to "fix" by barely changing anything, requires players to put in a very large amount of time in order to unlock any form of cosmetics for the game. Through the "free" battle pass, you are heavily limited to the amount of cosmetics you can acquire. The vast majority of cosmetics are pay-walled, whether it's through payment of time/real money for progression in the battle pass OR through purchasing via their shop.

Oddly enough, the pricing for store places cosmetics go with a $7 minimum. Every 100 credits is $1. The majority of skins are $10 to $20, which is rather extreme if you look at skin offerings from other free-to-play titles which offer a very large amount of available skin choices compared to this game. For a series that has given players a decent degree of freedom in customization, this game literally through that concept out of the window.

Lastly, their take on seasonal content is absolutely absurd. There are 30 levels to the "event" pass. You earn 1 level per event weekly challenge, which you are limited to 7 for the week. The event comes around every month for 1 week total. This means it will take you 5 weeks to complete the event pass, which will give you the full unlocked version of the event gear. NOW, the store offers you event gear that is EXCLUSIVE to the store for $20, which is the equivalent to what you would obtain through the pass in 5 weeks time. That's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ absurd. Additionally there are two other event specific skin packs for $15 & $10 which, if they claim to be a "gamer-first" company, should be in the event pass to begin with.

Overall the gameplay is good and there is potential for this to be a fun game in the long run, but the only gripe is their take on using EA Games tactics to nickle and dime everyone playing the game as much and as hard as they can.

When I started playing it, it only took me an hour to become hooked. At the time of writing this I have 134 hours played on this game, based on Raptr stats. Regardless, this game has a uniqueness to it which offers a new experience every time you play a different Hero. David Brevik, one of the lead designers of Diablo 2 and the CEO of Gazillion Entertainment, has taken the key aspects of the Diablo series (not counting Diablo 3 of course) and combining them with aspects of regular 3rd person MMORPGs, as well as updating and improving upon the previous systems set in place. The amount of time it takes to obtain a max level hero, without using experience boosts, takes quite a long time. Once you reach level 60, you have a few choices. Your first can be level one of your other heroes that you've unlocked through eternity splinters or through micro-transactions, which after you reach your first 60 you receive an exp boost of 30% for each subsequent hero, and for having more heroes level 60, you receive a greater exp boost. There is a post on their forums about "Hero Synergy Bonus" which will detail the exp gains. Secondly, you can just farm for gear, which tends to never get boring due to the uniqueness of each heroes abilities, which all of them are completely useful based on your play style. Thirdly, you can farm the Legendary Quest, which is a quest you receive once you reach level 20 that tells you to go to a specific location in the game and perform certain tasks. After you complete or reroll the quest, reroll being you pay credits to receive a different quest, you are rewarded a vast amount of exp and an Odin Mark. Then the next Legendary Quest is given to you. Now what you do with Odin Marks is to purchase an End Game equip which is incredibly powerful, yet takes 300 Odin Marks to purchase. There are also "Blessings" which are modifiers you can add to your Artifact items for 100 Odin Marks. Now at the moment, there is not enough end game content that you feel like there is a lot to do. You can always just prestige your level 60, which makes you level 1 with a new player name colour, and you just level 1-60 all over again. Of course, if you are diligent, then that will be fun, but for everyone else we want more content. Now the developers have said that by the end of the 2013/2014 Winter season, there will be a large End Game content patch adding new challenge modes, a raiding system with a weekly super reward, and many other goodies detailed on the forums. All in all this game is completely worth the time playing, and if you really feel like the Game Devs have done a good job, throw some of your money their way!
