The best $5 I've ever spent

LS is a great piece of software for anyone playing older games that don't support modern resolutions, and does a great job of scaling up RPGMaker games that would otherwise look poor in native fullscreen. Highly recommended!

Why is it so GOOD?

It's fast. It's colorful. It's violent as hell. This must be good for me, because I feel GREAT!

A legendary tale of perseverance and redemption, Hello Games' No Man's Sky is an expansive and fun space exploration/crafting/combat/questing/trading/building game with over 5 years of continuous updates after its rocky launch. The flight controls can be a bit wonky for some, and I do recommend a controller for most players, as there are quite a few keybinds to remember. On sale, it's a must buy, and even full price is worth it as there is no paid DLC or microtransactions to be found. Let's hope it stays that way, and that there are many more updates to come.
