Early Access Review
I can't think of a better way to spend my evening after clocking out of my corpo Slop Job than clocking into my immersive simulated corpo Slop Job with a great office environment, a vast city to explore with a treasure trove of people to meet, and excellent opportunities to impact the community. Stellar game from the Authority on Life.

Heat Signature is one of the best games I've played this year (but I didn't play Persona 5 or Breath of the Wild yet). You're thrown into a galaxy controlled by 4 factions: Glitchers, Soverign, Offworld, and Foundry. Factions are at ware with each other, each controlling a portion of the galaxy you're in. Sader Fiasco is leading a revolution, and she needs your help, well, not just yours.

You (the player) are given 4 characters to choose from, each of them has a specific goal; a motive, if you will. Fiasco can help you, and you can help her. Do jobs for her and the cause, which is liberating other stations from the 4 factions, while also earning money for your personal goal. Liberating space stations gets you new tech to complete missions that are more difficult.

You have no idea how much personality a one sentence goal gives these characters until you're on your personal mission and get killed by a guard with a shotgun who teleported behind you. The worst part is that even though a character you've spent so much time on has died, there's always another one waiting back at home to offer you the same experience.

Please pause all the time and think ahead. The game literally tells you to do it. Enjoy

Euro Truck Simulator is a game about becoming a renowned truck driver. As you build your truck empire, you will travel through many familiar real world areas, such as: Desert, Forest, Laser, Ancient, Sci-Fi, and Hell. You play a truck driver with a dream to see the world, and boy will you. Although the story is lacking, the surface plot is enough to complement the beautiful scenery you'll see on your journey.

Pros:
-Authentic truck simulator
-Wonderful real world map integration

Cons:
-♥♥♥♥ story
-That guy that keeps bouncing on top of trucks

tl;dr - This game is LIT (haha get it)

Firewatch is a combination of mystery and an immersive wilderness/walking simulator with a killer story. That sounds like a mouthful but let me explain. The first 10 or so minutes is a visual novel style game that sets the pace of the story. You come to find out that you play the character Henry. Without giving away too much, your spouse, Julia, was showing signs of dimentia at an odd age, and her parents took her away to Australia. Henry attempts to cope with this by running away to a job as a firewatcher in a Wyoming state park. For those of you who don't know, a firewatcher is a real job in places like national/state parks (in America). It's as uninteresting and terrible as it sounds: You watch for fires and report them.

Sounds easy-peasy right? Well not for Henry. It was already difficult enough to cope with Julia, and now he has to cope with being thrown into the deep end that is the Wyoming wilderness. Not to mention his partner/supervisor/guardian angel Delilah, who continously pries around in Henry's business and gets drunk. As your relationship with Delilah develops, you find out more history about firewatchers in the area.

Before you know it, your life becomes a backcountry noir while Henry and Delilah become stuck in a pickle. The mindless summer job becomes a riveting case of murder, arson, and stalkers coming together as one. The game kept me on the edge of my seat and it honestly made firewatching for a summer my dream job.

A few final notes. This game is simply amazing, and my only complaint is that it was too short. However a game being too short is only a sign of a masterpiece. My playtime is how long it took for one playthrough exactly, barring a few minutes of idle time for water breaks, food, crying, etc. I used both a controller and keyboard for different parts, and I found the keyboard to be better, but that's just preference. Also brush up on your map/compass navigational skills before playing. It will save some time. This is also a game where I would recommend to stop and smell the roses because it's a wilderness game, but make sure not to get lost (save often at places you know are on track to prevent this). Enjoy.

I really enjoyed my experience, even thoguh I got destroyed while playing as a Hazmat Suit. My opponent just kept ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ turning into a shark. The shark thing hit me and I got knocked up. Then he just did it over and over again before I could get back up. It was literally worse than a proxy 4 gate. But I did enjoy playing as pudge.

realMyst is a graphically updated of the 1993 Cyan game Myst. Myst is a puzzle game where you play as a character whom we don't know the name of, and we are given virtually no backstory. But by going to different 'ages' through books and solving puzzles, more and more of the truth is revealed. I won't give any major plot spoilers for those who want to really want to invest themselves in finding out the story, but for those who want just a bit of backstory, here you go: The background of your own character is unknown and there is no way of finding out who you are immediately. You stumble upon a note from a man named Atrus. Atrus writes "linking books," which are books used to travel between different ages. Atrus has a wife, Catherine, whom we don't meet, and two sons, Sirrus and Achenar. Sirrus and Achenar are each trapped in linking books, and they want your help to get out, but there is a catch: They each say that the other brother is not to be trusted. They each say that Atrus met a terrible fate at the hands of the other brother. It is up to the player to uncover the truth. Overall, this game gets a 10/10 from me, it excells in every single aspect that puzzle games should have. Everyone will love this game, even though it can be frustrating at times. Enjoy!
