So I have only played about 2-3hrs however I can tell this is going to be an amazing game...I am only resisting playing more Because I am getting another bigger games I want to play first. But looking forward to playing this story though a few times.

great game to play when you dont have hours to put into a good RPG. With kids I only get short bursts of time to play game and the kids love watching me play... Decent music and fun shooter game not too difficult but with settings to make it harder.

I got it $25 on sale.

So I also have all the other Final Fantasy ports and baseing off the the FF7 and FF8 ports I think this is the best of the 3.
I am a huge fan of the series and if you remember playing it back when it first came out you will love it.
Graphics are impoved over the original game but its FF9! on the PC!

What I say if you enjoyed the original game expect that quality but on the PC. Yes the menus are a little clunky but that is because they are the same menus from the Mobile app... Controller work just fine I played with both my Steam Controller and my Steelseries Startus XL(prefer this one) and played like a Playstation game.

I have played FF14:arr since FF14 was rereleased... Yes you have to have a SqureEnix accont and login to play. I play PC and PS3 and I had to buy both the PC and PS3 version to play on both with one account. I am considering buying the Steam version with the hope of better streaming support to SteamOS and to have it in my steam library.

Yes I know I can add a non-steam game to my library but then i have to go find an banner and icon and all that fun stuff and i dont know if there are any trading cards or acheviments in steam they would not be recorded. Plus I love all Final Fantasy games and want more the be converted to PC/Steam in the future! So I say this adds my support however small it might be.

Game wise it has everything from the short 5-15min quests to the 1-3hrs Dungeons that people would want.
Decent story, love the music, and great keyboard and mouse controls, as well as good xbox controller support once configured.

good game to kill some time. Casual play.
