!!!! ASSESSING UPDATE: 0.1.38.9e !!!!
I was honestly somewhat pleasantly surprised to see so many changes made. The update changes a lot of the main factors of the game - some for the better, some for the worse - while keeping a lot of the chaotic, supersonic flow of the previous version! I'll move one of the lowest blocks up here to talk about it in more detail.

//// OVERALL... ////
The demo certainly shows its worth. Lots and lots and LOTS of love, care and passion were poured into this - and the result is a fun blend of itemkarts with hypercars with plenty of things that CAN and WILL go wrong with a single mistake. Your skill will be pushed to the limit just as much as your luck - and I'm all for it!
Still unable to find a Multiplayer match-up, though - will tell more if I do ^.^"

++ PROS ++
+ Very unique concept! Looking forward to seeing this evolve into a full-fledged game!
+ I did not expect to enjoy the visuals this much. Your mileage may vary, as it is very flashy, but the game's overall style is rather tasty on its own!
+ When your car gets going, IT GETS GOING. Even in the humble Bae-86, even without the motion blur, you can REALLY feel the speed you're going at!
+ One mistake can absolutely destroy your line - even the Utilities and Weapons have to be utilized smartly! Don't fly off the course with the wings...
+ 420 nice (back of the Bae-86)

== MIDS ==
= Adding to the last +, while the course obstacles aren't TOO much of a bother to get out of (thanks, R key), they're still a pretty big pacekiller. Perfectionists beware.
= Against the new bots, there's a very defined meta of "get the lead, and you'll stay in the lead". While the Kuntash and Shell-B have a bit of a problem cornering, which can somewhat hinder your high-speed streaks, the Bae-86 experiences close to none of that, resulting in a potential full-race outrun, or even lapping opponents on higher lap counts. 'Tis a shame, as there's rarely any player-to-bot interaction as a result unless you Royally Mess Up.
= During said frontruns, though, sometimes I find myself getting destroyed by a missile pickup from the other side of a turn. One that has detonated half a second ago. It's a bit wild, just how long that explosion lingers - and it barely even does much to balance frontruns, as you CAN still run far enough that there isn't even a chance of someone behind you getting you with one.

-- CONS --
- YET STILL no built-in control customization. LET ME REBIND THE CONTROLS, COSMIC RACE TEAM!
- The game YET STILL doesn't even bother mentioning the look-back button (which is B, by the way!)
- You also YET STILL cannot configure the camera. It's less close than it used to be when idle, but I feel like people will still ask to be able to adjust it

// Perceived intended audience: People of Chaos who love sheer unpredictability. Or fans of Blur. I'm both!
// Worth playing?: Absolutely. It's gonna take a bit to learn the racing lines, but once you do, it's a BLAST and a half.
// Worth wishlisting?: I'd say so! I can't wait to see how chaotic the full game will be if just the demo is like this.
// Worth sticking around?: Once again, abso-posi-lutely.
