Anomaly is a great add on that helps incorporate a horror aesthetic that was sorely missing (without mods). The new abilities, monsters, and events fit right into the game and really satisfy the urge to worship giant, unknowable, fleshy abominations.

Very fun indie rogue-lite game. Many characters with unique and challenging motifs. Good for quick runs, longest playtime being 30 mins. If you enjoy mowing down massive armies of creatures this is the game for you.
