Competent FPS with a relatively unique take on your weapon load out. The pseudo-metroidvania style level design was a pleasant surprise. The story is perfectly serviceable, and just when you think it's wrapping up, there's a twist and it keeps going. The characters were likable and (mostly) unique in the general FPS space. Some of the dialogue is a little Marvel-ly though, take it or leave it. It's a good experience if you want some actual story in your shooter, but don't want to spend too much time thinking overly hard about anything.

The way the devs approached the world building is commendable in particular. Instead of just relying solely on text-based collectibles, there are lots of little quips and things characters mention that are universally understood by those in the world, without offering much detail behind them. It's refreshing to see when other games are on the far ends of the spectrum of blatant exposition, and text only.

It's a shame it didn't do too great, you can tell the development team was really proud of this, and they should be. It's not breaking any boundaries or anything, but it's a fun ride. Recommend it.

This game is actually really good. Diablo style loot system, great sound (VA and music) and is overall very pretty, especially compared to the first one.

Puzzle solving / level design is also really creative. Good stuff, highly recommended. Took me ~20 hours to beat.
