Entertaining for a few hours, but boring and repetetive eventually.

A bit more arcade than previous versions. Better suited for shorter plays.
If you haven't played 2 and 3 yet I would recommend those instead.

Kinda funny, but not €20 funny.

This could have been ok on a Wii, or maybe in VR.
But in this form it's quite simple and boring.

Nice to replay the games I played day after day as a kid.

Being able to save and even rewind mid-game takes aways all the frustration I used to have, making them just casual time-killers. But that does take away the replay value.

Because I loved Road Rash as a kid, this was a insta-buy
But it also turned out to be insta-refund. I just felt annoyed playing.

The controls are inaccurate. No sense of high speed. Opponents have weird acceleration. Objective is unclear. Missions are short.
Graphics are fine, and so is the idea. But this just doesn't feel finished.

Casual enjoyable gameplay. Plays well with Steam Controller.
Does get repetitive, but you can limit yourself to a certrain upgrade, weapon and/or verhicle for variation.

Too bad fast travel reverts you back to the default verhicle.

Despite the bugs, still enjoyable.
Official Steam Controller config is not ideal, but easily customized in something that works great (incl motion aiming).

The further the play, the worse the bugs get. Worst are the vehicle deliveries for Burke.
If you haven't played Mafia 2 yet, buy that instead. It has a much smoother gameplay and more awesome atmosphere.

Do love the music.
