Early Access Review
> Buy the game while discount last
> No friend (my friend is still at work)
> Play offline
> After Intro and got wash ashore
> Eliminate dodo bird
> Craft something
> Gather something
> Meets boar
> Forgot to defense
> Ded in one hit
> Respawn
> Try to revenge against the boar
> Forgot there's slow unseath animation
> Hit once again and ded
> Respawn
> Finally the boar is ded

10/10

Use RTX 2070 but still unoptimized, understandable since it's still early access, but playable 30/40-50 fps

Good game, but not for me.

I like full RPG experience, not gacha + visual novel focused story. I wonder why the opening is so long like I'm reading visual novel game but the battle is like HSR... well, similar but little bit different, turns out the story itself is around this mechanics.

I usually don't wanna spend my precious time to indulge deeper into gacha live service games for its story since it's visual novel style, so, I don't wanna continue playing after 1 hour. I rather buy video game like this so I can finish the game and knowing its conclusion than playing it until whether I die first or the game die first to know how the story will be finished.

I still recommend it for you who like game like this though. The storytelling just like anime visual novel game, not over explaining, but the banter mostly fun to read and follows. The battle is mid, not good, not bad either, just standard.

People saying this game is like Uma Musume, but I don't play Uma Musume, so I don't know if it's similar.

If you like me who want to play visual novel story until it ends, then don't play this game and buy premium visual novel game instead. But if you like to try the game, no need to worry either way, it's free, you'll need to download additional data about 13 GB though.

Good game. TL;DR: It's basically modern super high budget Zelda game.

Best for:
- Action RPG lover
- Black Desert fans
- Exploration lover, the map is huge, enormous, you can do a lot of things at the first location and don't wanna go to other locations since you will need to explore a lot of hidden things around.
- Souls-like enjoyer (the boss is souls-like-y)
- Don't like usual or traditional RPG leveling system

Bad for:
- Deep story enjoyer, storywise it's fine, but you'll likely not really remember the writing, Kliff is meh.

Tech:
- One of the best game with visuals.
- One of the best optimized AAA game at launch, even they still improve the game until now. Even by using 2070, which is old GPU (don't have the money right now to upgrade), it's still run about 55-60 fps full HD with DLSS Balanced (not yet play the new update, this is before the update).
- Dev still listening to feedbacks.

It's not for all type of gamer, but if you like exploration and puzzle, you can buy it and you'll not disappointed. But if you're story guy, wait for discount.

For me it's around 7 or 8 out of 10.

Not a bad game, I like story and exploration, sure the story is not that good, but the exploration really immersive, so I like it.

So far so good. It's an alright game. Genshin-like but with a huge world and SKIP BUTTON.

No need to go for a long time to gacha, if you're a gacha addict.

I don't have a time to continue for a while since I must make something.

Storytelling is as expected from Korean company, it's acceptable, not much useless yapping so far not just like Chinese gacha games I've been played. Even if it's long, it has much important info and right portion, not to try to explain everything to you.

While I don't have any technical issues, I find some 'laggy' animations feel, even though it said the game runs on 60 fps. I don't know if this is a bug.

Oh, one thing Netmarble, can you make the ESC button to cancel after marking a location on map? I find it inconvenience if you must click the 'back' button to go back to the previous menu.

Bought this long ago (the Definitive Edition), I played the yarr version (not finished the game) but I wanna play the legit version since I finally have money to buy it. Just have the time to play it. Still one of the best game ever made. Wanna try the DLC later.

Needs more optimization, about 40 fps on empty open world, lower settings never add more framerate, can be played on Win10, I use Win10. I just tried the game, will update this if they've released the optimization and play longer. This just a placeholder preview.

Good game, but mid, add repetitive contents, then surprisingly.... changes the original scenario. Can't be abstain but I choose recommended since Yakuza 3 remastered is nowhere.

Not yet finished yet, I've been playing 1 week, but since I don't have much free time, I only played about 36 hours and about 1-3 hours per-day. So here's my impression so far.

As a newcomer in this series, I only played the XI (finished both) and VII (but only for the prolog on PS1), this game has 'similar story structure' as XI, same elements, different storytelling, world, etc but in my opinion XI was better in storytelling than this.

If you're newcomer like me, you'll encounter some like what I can describe it as:

A lot of mini/big stories (dubbed as main story), since you're on journey with your childhood friends to uncover some misteries about the world until you find out you can travel back in time.

There's no "one big red line" here, just some stories in the past, then present, then suddenly new connection to main story.

You'll confused at first since the game has a lot of "sub/mini/big stories" that feels disconnected, as you guys are the savior of the problems.

Each stories has their own endings too.

But your main mission is to uncover a lot of tablet stones so you can go back to the past, to uncover some mysteries about why there's only one island in the world before you know it's connected to Demon Lord just like other DQ games.

The mechanics are simple, turn-based RPG, basic, similar to XI if you've played that game. You can one hit kill if you're a lot stronger than the monsters or over-leveled. It's a bliss since grinding is way better like this rather than always using turn-based.

The story is good so far, I'm really enjoying it, but it will feel very slow for some, especially new player like me or you or if you've experienced XI. But if you're enjoying slow story, loving casual battle, heartwarming, and sad story, this game is for you.

I can't really say anything about the cons, since I'm enjoying it, but if I must say one of it, this game is too easy since you'll be fully guided by the devs. You don't need to scratch your head if you have thousand hours experience in RPGs. But if you're newcomer to RPG, this will be a huge help for you.

It's just: MOBA FPS with questionable art direction that make it hard to see enemies and detect any item + Overpowered SMGs + Bomb Mission.

- Mid optimization
- Gunplay is okay-ish.
- Respawn time is long for fast-paced sweaty FPS, about 15 seconds.
- Only 3v3.
- If your enemies are good, they will dominate the game, even outmatch your team with long respawn time just like MOBA games. If you're experiencing this, your experience are mostly will be 3v1.
- The invisibility ability also powerful imo if its combined with the already hard to see visuals.
- Teamwork heavy. It's not pew-pew ded.

Just that, not new breed of shooter or anything. It's not really appealing for me personally.

gud game, but locked into skirmish mode only if you're asking "is there a story"

if you like civ but focused on battle only, this is it. If you're new to civ or this kind of game (4X: xplore, xploit, xpand, xterminate): it's turn-based strategy where you build, research, battle, claiming some area to expand, and exploring your play areas or map.
