Take-Two and 2K games have updated all their games Terms of Service, this extends beyond the Borderlands franchise.

Important Info in Terms of Service:
• Mods are a bannable offense
• Display of Cheats/Exploits is bannable
• Forced arbitration clause and a waiver of class action and jury trial rights for all users residing in the United States and any other territory other than Australia, Switzerland, The United Kingdom, or The Territories of The European Economic Area
• You can be banned for using a VPN while connecting to online servers
• Cannot access game content on a Virtual PC
• Best for last, they reserve the right to modify this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time

Collected Data Types:
• Identifiers / Contact Information: Name, user name, gamertag, postal and email address, phone number, unique IDs, mobile device ID, platform ID, gaming service ID, advertising ID (IDFA, Android ID) and IP address
• Protected Characteristics: Age and gender
• Commercial Information: Purchase and usage history and preferences, including gameplay information
• Billing Information: Payment information (credit / debit card information) and shipping address
• Internet / Electronic Activity: Web / app browsing and gameplay information related to the Services; information about your online interaction(s) with the Services or our advertising; and details about the games and platforms you use and other information related to installed applications
• Device and Usage Data: Device type, software and hardware details, language settings, browser type and version, operating system, and information about how users use and interact with the Services (e.g., content viewed, pages visited, clicks, scrolls)
• Profile Inferences: Inferences made from your information and web activity to help create a personalized profile so we can identify goods and services that may be of interest
• Audio / Visual Information: Account photos, images, and avatars, audio information via chat features and functionality, and gameplay recordings and video footage (such as when you participate in playtesting)
• Sensitive Information: Precise location information (if you allow the Services to collect your location), account credentials (user name and password), and contents of communications via chat features and functionality.

All this data being collected by a company who's CEO was accused of leaving a USB with illegal material on it as well as sensitive data of Gearbox/2K partners in a medieval themed restaurant, and were supposed to just give in to these absurd terms of service?

My take on these terms of service changes is that I now have more hard drive space and I will not be playing another Borderlands game until these terms are changed. This also extends to the majority of Take-Two published games. Welcome to my ♥♥♥♥ list Take-Two, you've earned it.

Really enjoyed playing this game with friends! I just wish they didn't make it MANDATORY to sign into a PSN account and stated its for, "protecting our players and upholding the values of safety and security provided on PlayStation", which is absolute BS because of all the breaches Playstation has had, there will be another breach within the next year. Signing into PSN was supposed to be completely optional according to their FAQ. 0 out of 10, can't recommend, won't try again, I'll spend my time in ten other games, where the fun won't end.

Post Victory: PlayStation/Sony has stated "The May 6 update, which would have required Steam and PlayStation Network account linking for new players and for current players beginning May 30, will not be moving forward." We won, for democracy!

The game is not listed in 177 countries including the baltics. Sony hasn't really changed anything yet, so, back to a bad review until the game is available for everyone like it once was.

WE WON, THE GAME IS NO LONGER REGION LOCKED!!! I can completely recommend this game now, FOR DEMOCRACY!

This game is very unique for the monster catching genre. The designs of the beasts are really nice, all the mechanics feel refined. The game pulled me in because it reminded me of generation 5 Pokemon BW. Kept me playing because of how fresh the game felt. Music is great too, started getting into a groove and couldn't stop playing. Highly recommend this game to anyone looking to have a fresh experience with a monster catching game again! 128 different Beasts to collect, just don't go overboard and try to see or form all 16,384 Fusions of the beasts, would be a huge challenge.

Game play is endlessly fun to mess around with, especially when it has steam workshop support and an in-game editor. Before this game was on steam, I saw a few clips from the developer and it had my jaw dropping at the level of detail of the smoke system and the physics and fire spread and different materials that all work nicely together to bring you a game that is definitely worth playing if you haven't.

Basically, when playing this, you just do the objectives of the mission. Tearing down a building, dumping cars in lakes, stealing cars, but to make it challenging, there is an alarm system for most stuff you need to do in the missions which means once you set off one alarm, it leads to you having a time limit to get everything done in the mission at hand.

TASOMACHI was actually a surprise to play! I enjoyed my time playing through the game, and the music was some of my favorite in years. It just so happens I mainly got this game because I've listened to all of Ujico's music many many many times, I literally can't get enough of it.
