Very silly game. Your characters look like super expressive muppets, excellent.

Fun game, it just ignores your in put some times. Some commands will be grayed out for no apparent reason the game likes to swap between left click and right click being confirm on using an ability. Leap and teleport over walls and map geometry but over a gap on the floor? Sorry, you have to take the long way around.

It's not as good as I'd hope in the year of our lord 2025. I like my retro shooters like Doom, Halflife, Quake, and Serious Sam but man, you really know you're in for a dumb shooter when your health bar and shields refill with 0 resource management with maybe the exception of having to keep a rocket launcher on your for choppers and tanks at most. It's a point and click adventure, really.

You can get 30 hours out of this game if you play the main campaign, more if you do the challenges. Depending on how you play, it can be an RTS or a tower defense. Very fun with snappy controls. I just wish it had a larger soundtrack.

Very fun, can't wait for new updates.

I accidentally played until 4am

Very modular, just a small complaint: What's the point of an initiative tracker if you can't roll and order character initiative automatically? 13 characters in an engagement and I have to manually roll for each character and order them myself which can be done in a spreadsheet but it's such a simple mechanic for a machine to do but not a feature. I can't even find this feature among the official and unofficial mods. You don't realize how much you have to pre-bake until you're mid session and the players are stuck fiddling their fingers while you futs with dumb things like this.

Initiative aside, very neat VTT. I'm running two sessions through TaleSpire and it works great for both the online and in person sessions. I've put in 463.6 more hours since my original review. Since then, Bouncy Rock has kept good updates rolling (bouncing?) in. Tons of new content and quality of life updates. The fact that I can pull down mods/community content from inside the game without rebooting is something glorious to behold since the days of Source and Minecraft modding.
