It's pretty boring. As soon as you start the game, there's no tutorial or introduction to how the game works. I just get the feeling you are expected to understand the politics around the Soviet Union, which I suppose your expected to because why else are you playing a game about the Soviet Union. You figure out how the game works out on your own. I just find the whole thing confusing as hell.

BUT on the positive side, I will say the music is good and the Russian aesthetic of the design of the game is very pleasing.
