Cataph, would you mayhap consider making a mod that unpatches the magic spells in TW:W1? I'm not looking to overhaul anything, I just recently got the game and I read that, primarily, some attack spells got nerfed into the ground. I am of the opinion that playing the game the way it was originally made would be fun. I appreciate any consideration you give this.

First of all - big fan of your work, thakns for all awesome mods.
And now get down to the buisness. I am struggling to create my very first mod - nothing flashy, just simple substitution in Teclis spell roster (Comet of Kassandora insted of Chain lightning). I have read several guides (TWCenter mostly) but they seem to be very informative only if you have at least basic idea of what you are doing. Which I have not. Could you be so kind and point me to the right table i have to edit? I would be much obliged for any shred od information.

The smart use of units by AI in combat is potentially the most important part. Are you saying the base Advanced AI mod is both compatible and supported in the way that everything CTT adds and changes will be interacted with by the AI properly? I also noticed on your google docs you say ""Stuff in my main collection, some of which is actually highly recommended for your well-being, in particular: Celtik’s Advanced AI mod...." but it's no longer in your main collection?

Hey man is the "Advanced AI" mod and more importantly "Advanced AI Submod - Better AI Unit Usage" so the actual usage of units in combat by the AI (since it was apparently made separate, to make the mod much more compatible with others) compatible with and supported by CTT? I ask if it's supported by also, because on the AI page it says it won't use any added units, skills, buildings etc by these mods as it didn't know about these to do so, which may cause major balance issues. If not are there any compatible and supported AI mods? Thanks.

Hi Cataph, I was wondering if you could say if you have any plans to ever go back to Rome 2. Check up on your old mods and maybe make a few new ones. I really like the mods you make and since CA has been making a redemption tour to Rome 2 with new DLC and updates, I was wondering if you had rediscovered any of your old passion for the game?

Well, the Dragonmage's subtab is automatical - as long as you're correctly adding a hero subtype to a possible type (champion in that case) it'll work.

In your case it might be simpler to create new Tyrions etc from the ground up. I hope you don't intend to add completely new hero tabs because that was hardcoded last time I checked.

Hi Cateph! :) I love your work. Question: I'm working with the mod author of Advenuring Party to create a mod that allows you to hire the legendary lords of all factions as heroes. We're going for a LOTR-style adventuring party. Imagine Teclis, Tyrion, Mazdamundi and Orion all in one army. :)

Technically we're both new-ish to this.

I'm curious if you could articulate -- perhaps in a Youtube video or through skype -- how you added the Dragon Mage's tab on the Noble page. It seems possible to have a "Legendary Lord" tab where you could hire them as hereos, strip their army and campaign trees, and replace them with trees appropriate for their class (Teclis would Steal Technology, Tyrion would have Assassinate, etc.).

It wouldn't be balanced, but it would definitely appeal to the roleplayer in us, especially if the hero isn't normally present in the Vortex campaign. What would stop the White Dwarf from showing up to aid Mazdamundi? Nothin', if you ask me. Ask him yerself.

Love your work fleshing out some factions that really needed it, do love me some Border Princes. Also aweosm eto eeem some of those old dogs of war kicking about.

just out of interest you wouldn't have any plans on doing anything with Kislev as i feel they are massively in need of fleshing out and the only mod fleshing them out so far is AI aimed.

For the Bretonian Foot Knights, could you change the unit name to Livermen? A Knight is not a Knight without a steed but they did have their retainers who were just as well equipped as a knight on foot. They would be the watchmen at peace and the drill sergeants when war approaches.
