treat me like I didn't buy the first game (it's the same game) make the only feature the players wanted out of the 2nd game a paid feature. then ruin every character and change the meta entirely so that if you aren't using 2 of 5 broken ass characters in your team you just guaranteed loss every game

A lot of people dislike the game, and I can't blame them. I've been playing since before global release, when I had to google translate everything from Taiwanese. They have a lot of room for improvement, but as it stands I have fun playing and it's something to do. You can get to endgame content without spending a dime, unlike some other gacha's out there. If you're looking for more Persona/5 content, or are generally finding yourself with little to do, this isn't a bad way to spend time.

9/10. Would and have played over and over. When I find myself with nothing to do I come back to this every time. I wish SAO would produce more games like this. Playing as Kirito is only fun for so long, I want to be myself.

It's been years since I bought this game for the first time but I'm making a new review now, Kureha and the rest of the game-original characters will always have a special place in my soul, and the DLC's flow so well. If you find the game on discount I would recommend it absolutely.

An MMO style game (in SAO, GGO, or ALO) with gameplay like Alicization Lycoris, Last Recollection, or Fractured Daydream would sell like hotcakes, every SAO fan has been asking for that for years now. (The mobile game doesn't count.) Lock in Bandai Namco.
