I bought this game at release and played it straight away and haven't really touched it since dabbling in some of the layer 2 puzzles. I am nowhere near finishing the game 100% and I never will but this is still my GOTY for 2025.

I have spent the year chasing the high this game gave me and it has occupied most of the time I have spent thinking about games. I love it and hate it simultaneously for being such a great game and also dragging everything else down in comparison.

I am into search action games now thanks to this and they sometimes scratch the itch but man what a treat animal well was.

This game is good. This game is fun. I cannot in good faith currently recommend the game to anyone. Especially if you're playing on a handheld!

The current performance is beyond abysmal and the audio issues are literally painful. As soon as smoke appears on screen the audio becomes a crackly mess and we enter the slomo zone.

Also it's 140GB which is lol

Just wrapped my (first?) playthrough and I absolutely loved it. It's not uhhh... what I expected at all but what a treat it was. Nice and short too so I probably will play through again and side with a different character next time. A couple of corners of the world remain unexplored to me so I look forward to heading back in and seeing what's what in that regard.

I enjoyed the setting & story a whole lot and all the characters seemed pretty good. Some of them were compelling enough I actually forgot that other characters had asked for things when I followed the new leads presented. Sorry to all those left behind...

Really nice chill way to hang out with folks and talk about your boring jobs that you're supposed to be doing while you're standing around the lake showing off your terrifyingly huge fish instead. Good place to be.

Oh I briefly checked it out on deck and it seems to run well but while cloud saves are disabled I haven't put much time into it because I'm playing on my potato laptop more.

A little disappointed that the bubbles in which you drive are small but I like that they are dense with stuff to crash into and seem pretty well populated.

I’d like to be able to strafe as well but I understand the design consideration to not include it. It would also be weird with the trailer flapping around behind the cab imo.

Runs absolutely stellar on steam deck. Having a great time absolutely trashing the heck out of my truck in the starting areas…

This game should no longer be for sale.

I love this game. I love to finish a day of work and get settled in for an evening of fake work.
For real though it's a great game to let the worries of the real world wash over me while I crack rocks and run away from all other ships.

I don’t review games much but I’ve bought Snowrunner 3 times now so I figure I should say how much I like this game. My playtime here is in addition to about 30 on epic (lol) and something like 250 on switch so either I have brain damage or I enjoy this video game product.

I enjoyed Csup a lot but couldn’t quite work out the perspective so I never felt like I was improving but I enjoyed the “feel” of the game a lot.

This one just takes that and gives me a perspective that I can grok. I do somewhat agree with the idea that it could have been dlc for the other game but I’m not too offended with the price under the assumption they’re going to support this the same way they did Csup. Oops I broke the rule of buying early access games…

The only game that makes me stop playing Snowrunner. Basically identical to Snowrunner in all ways. The trucks, the cargo, the environments. Brilliant.
