Game runs perfectly on Steam Deck! Battery life is solid for Sonic Generations (around 4-5 hours) and a bit lower for Shadow Generations (around 2-3 hours), but both run at a smooth 60 FPS.

Sonic Generations is an excellent remaster - it's basically just how I remember the original Sonic Generations with improved graphics and a couple of neat QoL changes.

I haven't finished Shadow Generations, but so far it's been a blast. The hub world idea is executed well, and the music is awesome. The only downside is I've heard its a fairly short game.

Excellent factory game, it takes away some of the traditional tedium that's associated with them (limited resources, building costs and construction time, enemies) and gives you an experience entirely focused on automation, efficiency and optimization. Some of the milestone tasks (the main objectives you do in order to unlock new features) may seem grindy, since they often require thousands of resources, but this encourages you to optimize your production as much as you'd like, and there are a variety of side objectives to tackle while you wait for the main ones to complete. There's even two difficulty levels to pick from, depending on the level of challenge you're looking for.

For people familiar with shapez 1, it takes a very simple concept and greatly expands upon it - there's now 3 layers of building, fluids, trains, global (space) and local (within each foundation block) building/transfer, and interesting, novel, and creative challenges associated with being 3D.

The factory must grow!

Great game, it's like a neat combo of factory/automation games like Mindustry/Factorio/Shapez. There's a solid amount of content currently, and an expansive roadmap so it'll only get bigger. The game is more like an RTS, but some of those mechanics are yet to come (they're on the roadmap though).

Beyond the game itself, the dev is easily one of the best indie devs I've seen, he's super responsive to feedback and bug fixes on Discord, and actively participates in discussion surrounding suggestions & bugs, so I have full confidence in this game's development!

I've played this only a little bit, and from my minimal experience with the game I'd say its pretty good.

Although No Man's Sky had a rough launch (probably one of the worst game launches in history), HG really has redeemed themselves. Updates are rolled out regularly, and each update is free and comes with fresh new content that will satisfy long-time veterans and travelers who just began their journeys.

The game itself looks amazing, every single planet is different and contains secrets and anomalies that are waiting to be explored. You get to build your base wherever you want, and there are so many options in basebuilding from anything such as metal parts to farming to a music synthesizer. You also command up to 6 starships, which come in all sorts of sizes and colors, and finally you get to command one massive capital flagship, which stores your starships and can be warped from system to system.

The main storyline is amazing as a tutorial for newer players, but it's not really the main point of the game. Once you beat the storyline that's truly when your journey begins, and the infinite amount of planets and star systems are open for you to explore, at your own pace and desire.

I highly recommend this game to anyone wanting to play an open-world, sandbox style game where there really is no strict progression or direction players should go.
The Mixed reviews on steam are due to the massive amount of negative reviews this game got on launch (which I think the game deserved, it really was a crappy launch), however HG has more than redeemed themselves, and the recent reviews are mostly positive as a reflection of that.

Great game, very fun, would recommend also getting the Inferno DLC for added bonus.
