Step 1- Open a can of tuna and drain 90% of the liquid from the tuna

Step 2- Place the tuna in a round container or bowl

Step 3- Put in 1 teaspoon of olive oil mayonnaise, 2-3 teaspoons of country dijon mustard (depending on amount of tuna), and add salt+pepper to taste
