Don't get me wrong, the onboarding/new player experience Absolutely BLOWS. Like it ACTIVELY wants you to not play. Speedrun till you get your hoverboard and if the mission-crafting loop hooks you, it hooks you, if it doesn't, it doesn't. IF YOU WORK AT DIGITAL EXTREME AND ARE READING THIS, PLEASE pick up and play Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Mirror's Edge, and Space Marine 2, and make your coworkers do the same. Then redo the game intro.

Favorite game of all time, jank and all. Nothing like triggering a group of Roman LAPR-ers by blowing up Vulpes and stealing his dog hat to wear as you either bring justice and peace to the waste or plunge it into degeneracy.

Damn this game to hell, I love it. It is brutally difficult, but forgiving at the same time.
This game is a freaking oxy-moron. I hate it as much as I love it.
As far as I can tell, the plot is basically Groundhog's Day meets Highlander.
