I had high hopes for Battlefield 6, especially going into Season 2, and this update is a letdown.

Nothing feels meaningfully different. The UI is basically untouched and still feels clunky and outdated. It looks like the same recycled mess from last season, with no real quality of life improvements. Menu navigation is still annoying, and it is hard to tell what was even supposed to change.

Season 2 adds one new map, and that is it. The size feels no different from existing maps, and there is nothing memorable about it. No new flow, no standout design, nothing that makes it feel worth the wait.

This season feels lazy. It feels like recycled content being pushed out to check a box rather than an update meant to improve the game. Battlefield 6 had serious potential, and instead of building on it, the developers delivered the same experience with a new coat of paint.

I wanted this game to succeed. Right now it feels like wasted potential and a step nowhere.
