Since you had commenting disabled on your review for Paradise City remastered, I will post some suggestions here.

>If you have a webcam, unplug it. (Seems to be the main issue)
>If you are on a laptop, try to disable the webcam in Device Manager
>Unplug your VR Headset if any.
>Uninstall virtual webcam devices used in things like ManyCam (unconfirmed, just a hunch)
