It is a great successor to EU IV has many great new systems and unlike older paradox game launches this has enough flavor to play. The timespan game takes places in is longer than EU IV , overall it has a much slower pace and map feels absolutely huge compared to EU IV because of all the new provinces and new locations system. However it still needs several months of patching and balancing to play as intended but it is expected for a game of this size. Overall this is probably the best grand strategy game you can currently play.

Probably the best tactical jrpg you can find on steam. If you know the genre and like it then its a must play.

Still bots in lvl202 during peak hours. Dead game. Also so grindy and metafocused that its basically p2w

The game is fun but it has a lot of performance issues like I have rtx3060ti - ryzen5 5600x and on low settings ( only 2 settings bumped to high) I'm getting 35-40 fps in vernworth city and barely 60fps on countryside ( sometimes also drops). the city is also not big or anything compared to other games so no excuses there. On microtransactions , I havent seen any need to go look at online shop or whatever at this point it didnt even cross my mind so I dont know what all the fuss is about.
The only thing I saw was you can get more of a currency that you can earn ingame that you use to buy higher than your level pawns and several non-necessary items so you can basically just ignore it. I mean assasins creed mtx was a lot worse than this and no one talked about it this much ?

So if they fix the performance issues no complaints here the game is a hella fun but a bit time consuming.
Also I wish they added 1-2 more common enemies besides goblins or whatever.

This is low even for a "bethesda game".
this type of low quality "technical wise" shouldnt be acceptable in 2023 like this is nearly in the same level as skyrim while demanding so much more hardware. (system req they give is bs btw you need much more than that)
They also made a space exploration game with nearly nothing to do in space. the game is just basically several maps called worlds where you fast travel in between. Loading screens when you enter a room in 2023 ??? while also demanding this high hardware.
Unacceptable dont give money to this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ called bethesda.
They just proved that the bethesda we loved which made skyrim is dead and we shouldnt expect anything good from them no more.
They are just another ♥♥♥♥♥♥ publisher now nothing special.

The game is a lot easier than souls games so dont expect that kind of challenge. I dont know why everyone is crying about the first boss it literally takes like 2 minutes to kill. (pro tip dont sit like a duck) Other than that its a fun game with basically 4 playstyles. (This is not a major game like elden ring, I would say its between sekiro and ds3 in caliber)

It takes a few hours to get in but definitely worth it after you get a grip. Exceptional roleplay experience but i am gonna admit roleplay & story quality of final act is worse than the rest of the game (although still pretty good). The only possible downside of this game for you would be if you dont like turn based combat system of the game ( cause some engagements alone can literally last half an hour) that would be a huge dealbreaker for you.

Its really good if you like rts games set in modern era. Also multiplayer is easy to get in to unlike most other rts games thanks to the 10v10 . Also this is basically your only option in this genre currently (not counting red dragon).
I also think some systems they took from steel division has been really good like division deck building , cause it allows different playstyles and units to be viable instead of %90 players pickin same units all the time. I wish they replaced classic hp system for tanks with steel divisions damage system but its ok.

Never seen a more ♥♥♥♥♥♥ UI and war system.
Economy and diplomacy looks promising but I am so done with paradox releasing half assed games only to ''fix'' them a year later for 30 bucks or something.
An Intern could have made a better UI & War.
