AK-xolotl is a true rogue like indie gem. The visuals, gameplay, and cuteness of the axolotls come together in an exceptional gaming experience.
The game's artistry and aesthetics create a captivating world filled with personality and alot of little secrets to discover aside from the gameplay itself.
I really like the banger soundtrack and the sound design of the weapons. Especially the sounds when enemies getting hit, like the fox enemy making a "Ring-ding-ding" sound as an homage towards the famous fox meme song :)
And the game has alot more of these easter eggs to find out about, even some of the steam achievements i unlocked :D
With all the stuff the game currently has, its definitly worth to give it a try and help the little axolotl fight the horde of cute but also weird enemies :D And the devs already promised a roadmap with further content for the game , wohooo!
