Okay I know what it looks like but it's a great smash and bash dungeon multiplayer game.

Literally running a scam.

Promised hosted servers by now. Nowhere in sight. Ignore player reported issues as lies. Only listening to the input of popular twitch streamers. Say they patched an issue but the issue is proven to be broken the same day of the patch every single time. Game gets buggier and less stable with every single patch. They have started to outright disable class features and call it bug fixing.

Do not buy any products from the developer known as Fatshark.

Absolutely no effort from the developers was put in to game balance. The plot is incoherent, and succedes in being boring even if you go out of your way to find and keep track of everything. The characters are broadly uninteresting and pointless to care about. Game is so easy that you'll fall asleep if you take the handful of meta abilities. If you refuse to, playing the game becomes about as fun as trying to suck the ♥♥♥♥ out of your own ass.

Achievements in multiplayer do not work consistently. The game is full of coding errors to steal your turn out from under you like how cutscene transitions work.. or just whenever the game feels like it should consume all your AP. Hitboxes randomly glitch out, attacks phasing through enemies on occasion. Line of Sight system is a the mercy of halfassed collision boxes on the geometry. Either being too generous or many times bigger than the model at random.

The split armor system is the worst development decision I have ever seen in my life. Which is the root cause of many of the others.

Trying to play this single player is a completely soulless experience.

Denuvo.

Lied about having Denuvo.

Lied about removing Denuvo. Continue to lie about offline play being available.

Now they simply ignore their consumers and call everyone children.

Summary: This game has come leagues since it's original release. I greatly enjoy this game now as compared to it's release. Well worth buying. Well worth playing. Well worth sinking time in to get good at.

If you need more than that from this review; Aside from good stability, major facets of the game have gotten overhauled. Particularly the melee feels far less unforgiving and mysterous a quantity than I remember from release. Attacks connect solidly when I feel they should have, and I don't need to be up a skaven's nose to hit it now. While the RNG reward system for completing levels is still present, several other methods have been added for gaining gear that can be induldged in at the same time. Meaning hard word in progressing is met with actual progress. Far more weapons feel worth using thanks to huge balance changes. The influx of new players, and returning vets, have brought the game to life again. Though I feel I would like more people to be adventurous about trying to complete the game in nightmare difficulty, you can likely find the map you want to play in progress at any given time. Though, as always with these games, having reliable friends to trick in to playing with you helps loads.

DLC thoughts specifically; I like the new weapons a lot, and the maps themselves bring some new interesting mechanics along with the map, rather than merely being a new level. Every new level feels very different from all the others. Brings new challenges to consider even for experienced people.

Dead multiplayer on release.

And generally incompetently built game mechanics.
